High Speed Repairs: $129 each
- Replace old ball bearings with new ceramic ball bearings
- Install balanced turbine assembly with hardened chuck bur gripping mechanism for extended life
- Replace old o-rings with new high temperature concentric o-rings
- Thoroughly test speed, concentricity, and DB (noise level)
- Clean the internal and external dental handpiece housing



Low Speed Repairs: $145 each
- Complete disassembly and cleaning of the dental handpiece
- Inspect the interior and exterior components for wear or blemishes during the disassembly process
- Replace any necessary parts with quality new components during the repair
- Unlike a high speed handpiece, a slow speed handpiece operates on a gearing drive system
- Each assembly within the handpiece breaks down into 5-10 parts
- Replace all bearings, washers, loading springs, o-rings, drive rings, and bushings
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all parts of the fully disassembled handpiece
- New parts are greased for extended life before reassembly
- Handpiece exterior is cleaned of any debris using cleaning solution and a wire brush
- Test RPM, Torque, and DB (noise level) to ensure the handpiece runs at the manufacturer’s specifications









Attachment Repairs: $89 each
- Repair of a contra angle attachment or straight nosecone attachment
- Disassembly of head from attachment
- Disassembly and removal of all internal components including the drive shaft assembly and gearing
- Inspection and replacement of any worn or broken components
- Reassemble and test attachment to ensure it runs at the manufacturers specifications


New Low Speed Heads: $89 each
- Complete disassembly of head
- Replacement of drive shaft and head cartridge
- Reassemble and test head to ensure it runs at the manufacturers specifications

Electric Attachment Rebuild: Starting at $199 each
- We can perform a rebuild if the gearing of the handpiece is not worn out and can be used in the repair
- Complete disassembly and cleaning of the dental handpiece
- Inspect the head gear and drive shaft gearing for wear or blemishes during the disassembly process
- Replace the head bearings, drive shaft bearings, lower drive bearings, water line o-rings, and loading springs


Electric Attachment Overhaul: $350+ each
- A full overhaul (similar to a factory repair) includes replacement of all drive components in the handpiece including the head cartridge, drive shaft, gearing, bearings, o-rings, and loading springs
- Disassembly of the remaining non-moving parts and thorough inspection for wear
- Reassembly of all parts and test for speed, concentricity, DB (noise level), heat, and torque
